I teach typing and business software as well as an Intro to Business course. My IBCA students learn touch typing skills and are introduced to Microsoft Office. In BCA they learn Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint My Intro to Business students learn real world skills that help them succeed in the business arena. I also teach skills that will help them get and keep a job and skills that help them manage their finances. I offer the chance of earning credentials in Microsoft Office through Microsoft and in Customer Service through the National Retail Foundation.
