My students will be able to enhance their reading and writing skills using engaging high interest articles throughout the year. The Storyworks Jr. Magazine also provides contest throughout the year. To instill a love of reading for all of my students with their diverse backgrounds is a gift that you can provide with engaging stories. Reading high interest level stories will help my students stay focused and be able to relate to the stories' characters or events. My ELL, English Language Learners, students benefit from the vibrant illustrations of the stories depicted in this wonderful Storyworks Jr. Magazine! Also, the bold words and graphs are an important element to promote comprehension. The on-line access to the magazine allows the story to be read to my students. Your donations will increase my students' skills in language arts while developing a love of reading, which is priceless!
