My kindergarten classroom is my students' "home away from home"! Students enjoy a stimulating, safe, organized, and positive environment where individuality and creativity are encouraged. The class is generally comprised of 15-18 students who are heterogeneously grouped. Several students have IEPs and receive modifications and accommodations. In addition, there are also students within the class who receive speech and language therapy while at school. Various types of family structures and economic levels are represented, but the children strive to practice fairness, equality, and teamwork! We aim to make school our "happy place"!
