These materials will help me be a more effective teacher. The students in my classroom have different ways in which they learn. I can teach in a way that they grasp the concepts being taught. Students will be more engaged and focused when using the manipulatives. Learning would be fun and exciting. Children will use the place value materials to play games that introduce and/or reinforce their understanding of how a digit's place in a number affects its value. My students will feel free to learn in a way in which they are comfortable.
