When you think of cheerleaders, do you think of a bunch of girls in t-shirts and shorts? Well,No! You think of clean-cut girls holding their heads high and exuding confidence and spirit! My cheerleaders are in need of mats so they can feel that confidence and pride in their appearance and their performance. These are 7th-12 grade girls from a Title I Pre-K-12th Grade school. We cheerlead at all the school related functions These girls are so smart and energetic. They work hard to learn the cheers and dances in an often minimal amount of time with very limited funds. Being part of a team holds them accountable and keeps them involved at school and out of trouble.
