My little Kinders will have the opportunity to fully engage in both languages with the use of the iPads. This technology will provide not only great practice in using 21st century technology, but it will promote their listening, reading, and even writing skills in both English and Spanish. My students will be able to listen to numerous, engaging books, which will really support their language acquisition, and in Kinder any read aloud time is gold! They will also be able to apply skills learned in class in educational applications that support language skills. I'm very excited to see my students engage in language rich material that they will have at the reach of their fingers with the iPads. Technology is captivating and a necessary tool in today's world and what a better way to infuse it in our education in a meaningful and fun way. My students will enhance their learning while having fun!
