I work at an amazing school in an urban district and have a class full of hard-working diverse learners. 100% of our student receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of the families of our students are not able to provide basic school supplies. While I do my best to provide them with the tools to learn such as pencils, crayons, glue sticks, paper, markers, and folders for them, one of my greatest expenses is trying to purchase quality headphones for their online learning. Allowing them the opportunity to have a quiet work environment will not only them to focus on the task at hand but will also aid in the success of their learning.

About my class
