I am a CTE teacher that teaches Public Safety as a career pathway. My students are learning to be cutting edge police, corrections, and other supporting officers in Public Safety. I place an emphasis on modern day technology in this career path. My students want to make their community a better place to live. I am excited to expose my students to real world jobs and careers as they decide and prepare to become productive members of their community. As an educator I am a life ling learner who goes out of her way to do the uncomfortable things I ask of my students. after all, if I'm not willing to try new things, how can I expect my students to step out of their comfort zones and learn new things.
