Many students spend too much time on their screens and don't socialize. The learning loss that has been encountered over the past couple of years is alarming but not nearly as alarming as the social-emotional issues that I am seeing in the classroom. I am hoping to be able to help both issues at the same time. If the students can interact with each other, enjoy their time at school, and actually learn at the same time, we are on to something! So, I am hoping some educational games occasionally will be exactly what we need! Students can focus on math and language skills while engaging with each other and being away from the screens. That old adage "Kill two birds with one stone" will hopefully apply here!
