In order to be a successful 21st century learner, one must possess strong communication skills, be a critical thinker, and collaborate with others. A new classroom carpet will be perfect for building those skills! Students will meet on the carpet daily to exchange ideas with one another and practice listening and speaking skills. A new classroom carpet will help to create a warm and welcome learning environment where students are eager to come each day. It will create a sense of community, where students are comfortable and always feel safe sharing their ideas and opinions. A new classroom carpet is essential to helping my students become successful 21st century learners and productive citizens of the world.
