My classroom is designed for artists and learners. I have designed a classroom where kids can freely move and make choices about where they learn best. We have carpets and small tables, stools and tall tables, couches and cushions, and now we need weight exercise balls. I have always believed that kids can make great choices when given the opportunity. With guidance and structure, our flexible seating classroom will help them pick a seat where they can do their best work and be their most creative selves . . . in a place that works for them. Whether standing or kneeling, balancing or on the floor, the kids will be empowered to place themselves where their best work can flow right out of them. We need weighted exercise balls for the freedom to move the way they desire.
