My new co-teacher and I want to create an inviting library with comfortable bean bag chairs. We are planning on decorating with a blue and green color scheme. We are also looking into decorating the space with oversized leaves that will hang from the either the ceiling or wall. On the walls that surround the library will be inspirational quotes. On the floor we will have foam mats. We want to show the students that reading can be an enjoyable experience. We feel that if we give them a comfy place to read, they will want to pick up a book!
