Pre-k children are active learners and are in almost constant motion. Learning experiences should be opportunities for active learning. Having flexible seating options will allow students to wiggle and move as they learn and play. Children who live in urban demographics and who live below the poverty line are at an increased risk for health problems associated with a lack of activity in their daily lives. Along with helping to engage students in learning activities and increase focus; these flexible seating options will also help students build a stronger core, increase balance, and improve gross motor skills. Your donation will help to provide our students with seating options that will enhance their lives through improving focus in learning experiences and increased health & fitness.
