I am hoping to replace my current small group location to a kidney shaped table. This will allow students to be more focused sitting when we are reading together. There is differentiation during small group intervention sessions. There are 5-6 students by grade level (3rd-6th) who need reinforcement of skills taught during the week. Reading can be a struggle but they always persevere. Students strive to approaching grade level standards and work very hard under my guidance. They come from different classrooms based on data to work in small groups with me.
