A small group of high school seniors will be completing their final capstone course as a requirement for the IT Academy here at DuVal High School. The group of approximately 10 students have been enrolled in the academy for the past three years - completing course in Hardware & Software, Web Development, and Advanced Placement Computer Science. Now, they will be applying their background knowledge and experience in a Mobile Application Development course that focuses on mobile computing, application development, building socially useful mobile apps, and fosters collaboration & creativity. These students come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, where they have shared their experiences through project-based activities. Through the lens of Computer Science, students will improve the outcomes of communities, government, and global society.

About my class
