My students flourish when I am able to incorporate hands-on learning and technology. Having a microscope with the ability to project on the smartboard or for students to use with their Chromebooks would greatly impact their understanding of the world around them. At this moment, we have one outdated unusable microscope. With updated equipment, my students will be able to take learning into their own hands. The dual view cordless microscope will be easy to move throughout the classroom. It has upgraded LED lighting and durability to boost longevity. The handheld digital microscope will enable me to project any microscopic images directly to the smartboard. This will give students the opportunity to make sense of what they are viewing. To have this equipment in our classroom is invaluable.
