These teaching tubs will be used in conjunction with an alphabet chart. We will earn a new letter and letter sound each day. When a new letter is introduced, the teaching tub will help the students see objects that begin with that letter. Each tub contains objects that start with the letter we are working on. Once the letter has been learned by the class the tub will be placed in the students' learning centers. While in the learning center the items can be dumped out, mixed with another tubs items, and then sorted out. My goal is to learn all of their letters and sounds by Christmas.
