Hello, my name is Tina Arters. I teach a VPK Inclusion class. I can have 20 students and 10 of those spots are for ESE children. The children range from 3-5 years old. I have had non-verbal autistic children, children with walkers, mild speech delays, developmentally delayed, as well as typically developing children and we are all one big family. We learn that everyone is different and learns at different rates but we all one family in our class. I love to help them all grow in as many ways possible. We love hands on activities and learning about the world around us. I would love to include more sensory items in our room. We collect Box tops to help us buy different items for our class to help ALL our friends succeed. Every dime helps us to reach another child. Thank you for taking the time to learn about our school family.
