My students are an enthusiastic bunch of 8th graders who were very excited to move on to 9th grade so as to pass the torch to my lovely 7th graders. The SDC program my students are involved in is a team teach program were myself and another SDC teacher teach both 7th and 8th grade based on subjects. This past year I taught science and history to the 7th graders while the other teacher taught math to the 8th graders. We are looking to revamp our program so this year we are going to try a push in program for math for both the 7th and 8th graders were I will co-teach with the general education teacher.
