I teach a very diverse group of students every year. 85% of my students live below the poverty line. I have many students that do not have support at home that they need to be academically successful. I am there sole educator. My students love to come to school and thrive in the predictable and accepting setting of our classroom. Almost all of my students are proficient in all academic areas at the end of the school year. There is a lot of hard work that goes into this from many people, including the students I teach.

About my class
