Each year I want to give my students the best; make them feel like they can accomplish the task at hand, even if it seems difficult at first. I also create an open classroom, where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and thoughts among their peers. A safe learning environment is key. Each student has to show responsibility with this, as we all work together throughout the year. I currently teach 4th grade. I have also taught 5th and 3rd grade.
