Students will have an opportunity to read a high interest novel, participate in group discussions, and write reflectively on the reading. A classroom printer will allow students to print the writing assignments associated with the novel that we are reading allowing students to take charge of their learning. Many of my students do not have access to technology at home preventing them from completing essays and research papers. Currently my students are choosing to work in a variety of locations in our room such as: at different tables the room. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them.My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and tend to write more when are given the necessary tools and materials. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them a vehicle for vocabulary development and reading and wring improvement
