My students will use the Kindle Fire tablets to learn computer coding and other computational thinking skills, in addition to practicing academic subjects. Implementing technology has proven to engage the students in their learning in a much more effective way than traditional worksheets. We will use the tablets to learn and practice academic skills in all subject areas with instructional games and online resources, and to learn computer coding. They will also be compatible with our brand new Dash robots by Wonder Workshop. The students have been very excited to use these new robots that I acquired over the summer.
