Playing the violin is challenging and so rewarding. Violin players study for years and work on understanding how to hold the bow with skills in order to play beautifully. The "Bow Buddy" gives beginning violin students a physical tool to create an instant excellent bow hold! Using the "Bow Buddy" our beginners experience instant success. I've used the "Bow Buddy" before and the impact it makes on young string students is remarkable. Students develop bowing skills at a faster pace and are able to focus on other aspects of performing in an orchestra. When students are able to hold the bow correctly, I am able to focus teaching placement of the bow on the strings for the best sound. Students are also able to focus on the angle of the bow to the strings. Next comes lessons which teach coordinating the right hand playing the bow with the left hand pressing on the strings to create music! With your help our students will grow into successful musicians. Data shows that students active in the music department at their schools develop strong academic and learning skills. Thanks for supporting the education of my students.
