With the world and its knowledge and libraries now available to anyone with a computer, I will connect my students to that knowledge and reading materials. With Kindle Fires, I can download multiple books that students can read in literacy circles or individually on their own level. My students will provide the thirst for knowledge; technology will supply the cache of knowledge, bringing the two together will be the Kindle Fires and the headphones that will enable them to be independently working. The only thing that was lacking was the machines that will connect my students to the information. Keeping their learning new and interesting continues their desire to learn more. My students live very limited lives, by exposing them to what is "out there" allows them to open their minds and dream of what could be.
