My students are budding artists. Part of becoming a good artist is learning how to decipher and discuss art. For many people art can be intimidating and confusing. For me, it is important for my students to learn to understand art as a form of discussion and engage in meaningful conversation with both their peers and adults. This projector will provide my students the opportunity to view various artists that we study throughout our school year. Many of them have never been to an art museum and this is my way of bringing art to their environment. Building their knowledge of art and art making will be made possible utilizing a projector.
