Our county has purchased many different programs to help our student progress. Unfortunately, the headphone provided do not withstand the wear and tear of a school setting. This causes students to continue 'working' on lessons at their level with no headphones and no sounds. Thus, students are missing valuable lessons they could be hearing if they had sturdy headphones. Students can also use these headphones to listen to our texts. Many students continue to struggle with reading. These headphones will allow students to access grade level texts and participate in our class discussion even if they have difficultly reading it themselves. A pair of sturdy headphones will only help students progress even more throughout the year.
