My outstanding high school Art students have been producing art projects on worn out, chipped, unlevel, wobbly tables for several years. The detail needed for drawing, painting, pottery and many other projects is often limited because of our poor work surfaces. Art work tables purchased with the support from your generous program would have countless positive effects on our students. They would be able to create without the hindrance of our current poor conditions. They would also renew pride and ownership in our program. My hope is that administration will see these positives and be able to help replace the remaining 5 tables in the near future.
