I work at a TITLE 1 building which means that most of my students receive free and reduced lunches. My school is located in an urban area in the downtown of Wichita, ks. My students are typically kids that are happy to come to school and learn. They benefit from lessons that are highly engaging and are full of opportunities in which they can collaborate with each other. They enjoy singing and dancing. They love to do projects that incorporate movement. My students are constantly full of energy and look for ways to express their emotions. I am always looking for new and innovating ways to teach them. I am very open minded when it comes to teaching them anything as long is it is safe and fun.
