Often there are 21st Century demands and expectations placed on my students, but no resources provided to support them meeting those requirements. Ten Chromebooks dedicated to my students would allow me to incorporate technology into their support paradigm. It would facilitate exposing them to applications that address their needs and support their learning, such as Google Read & Write. Chromebooks in my special education classroom would help my students make progress on their long and short-term IEP goals while in the resource room. Additionally, I would be able to provide students with live feedback and support on assignments, allowing them to further excel.
