My students need interesting materials that will help grab their attention by providing them with interesting current event reading material. TIME magazine introduces students to exciting new cultures and places around the World. The magazine is filled with amazing photos, illustrated maps, and profiles of kids living around the world who share stories and experiences that highlight their culture. Throughout the school year, my students will be exposed to new vocabulary and improve their reading skills. The graphs, charts, and maps provide my students with a variety of tools to increase and strengthen my students visual literacy and analytical skills.
