My students are the youngest students in the school and for many it is the first time in the school setting. These students need to have opportunity to develop social, community, and routine skills in the classroom. Also it will give the students the opportunity to love school and be excited to come to school each day! Some of the students are on the bus in the morning for an hour and need time when they get to school to 'get their wiggles' out and take time to be comfortable. My hope is that students come into my classroom and have a safe, comfortable, and loving place to be. The classroom is a place to learn and have fun in, get our wiggles out but also be learning.
