Education has changed over the years, therefore classrooms need to change. By asking for the following items, I am on my way to making this change to better my students for their future. The items that have been saved for the ALTERNATIVE SEATING project will support the need for classroom environments to change in order to accommodate to the skills that the 21st Century demands. This includes core academics, critical thinking, problem-solving, social/emotional development, life and career skills, information media and technology skills that support relationships for effective learning. The items that have been requested would support my students in being mobile in a classroom setting or participating in centers.
