Every student is unique just like the way I like to make my lessons, unique and memorable. By making a variety of hands on learning games, I am able to captivate my students' attention and keep them on their toes with excitement. Ink and thermal laminating pouches allow me to create these unique games that make them endurable for continued use. Additionally, dice and a variety of other hands-on math manipulatives encourage individualized math practice and applying learned skills to reality. Utilizing hands-on activities keeps students engaged and easily transitions to real-life situations. These opportunities I am creating in the classroom are to build better citizens inside as well as outside the classroom. I am building life-long learners that will be able to apply learned skills to their everyday life outside of the classroom.
