I am asking for noise canceling headphones and wiggle stools to cut down on distractions that can distract my students during learning. My students have a number of hurdles they work consistently to overcome in their lives and I work hard every day to minimize the distractions they face at school. These tools will provide environment that supports the needs of my diverse learners. Highly engaging lessons and visual supports are extremely important to all learners, but especially to my large population of English Language Learners. The box of copy paper will allow me to create high quality, engaging instructional material for my students to use every day in class. The chart paper will allow me to create anchor charts to provide visual supports for my students to constantly reinforce their learning!
