I have requested cardio and strength training equipment for our weight room. This equipment will be used specifically for students in physical education classes and fitness classes. Student athletes will also be granted access to this equipment. The equipment will provide me an opportunity to teach my students the importance of physical activities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes 30 to 60 minutes of activity. If we can update our weight room with new equipment, the students will be able to apply the information taught in the classroom about the importance of cardio and strength training. Our student athletes will also be granted the opportunity to get stronger and faster.
