Sport Stacking and Speed Stacks provide opportunities for students to use innovative equipment and experiences that they have never been exposed to. Speed Stacks promote the development of hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, crossing the mid-line of the body, as well as physical challenge and enjoyment. Speed Stacks, when used properly, can highly motivate students and provide a very high level of engagement while in P.E. class. The students at Banks County Primary School have rarely been afforded the opportunity to experience all of the benefits of using Speed Stacks. I hope to broaden their minds as they embrace the possibilities of working with Speed Stacks.
