While teaching, I employ many different styles of learning. One of the most effective styles of learning, for my students, is visually. I try to use the projector everyday to help my students visually engage in the lessons. However, the projector we currently use displays a large amount of black spots which is affectionately refer to as the "snow effect". ('TIS THE SEASON!) Using visual aids is CRUCIAL to foster learning in the classroom. With a reliable, clear projector, my students will be able to access all styles of learning including historical pictures, videos, political cartoons, exemplary models, and so much more. The visual aids provided by this projector will most certainly help my students, especially the many who struggle with the English language. We have recently received a wave of new students from the storm ravaged Caribbean islands who do not speak any English. This new projector will help all of my students reach the STARS!
