My students are from a low income, urban community with members from around the world. Most students do not have supplies at home. Some immigrants have never touched a marker. Art class opens up a whole new world to these students. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore materials and create pieces of work. Returning students are so excited to start the school year and create new pieces of artwork. Unfortunately, due to budget issues our supply order was not filled. Please help us get the basic art supplies into our classroom so we can get the creative juices flowing.
