My students create flowcharts and other visuals for their lab notebooks. Currently, I can print their projects for them in black and white but they deserve to see their projects exactly as they created them. Studies show that color influences learning. Can you imagine living in a black and white world? My students live and learn in a color based technological environment. I like having them create things online and on their Chromebooks, but currently, we can only print in black and white in my classroom. Being able to see the color help solidify their learning and help them become excited about learning.
