We are planning our second annual county-wide College Signing Day. This event will provide an opportunity for every high school college, military, or workforce-bound senior in our county to gather and celebrate their intended post-secondary plan. This project will significantly impact not only the seniors, but students of all grade levels by promoting the importance and excitement of post-secondary education. We will celebrate the achievements of the graduating seniors and their commitment to continue their education beyond high school. We will also celebrate the hard work of educators who have supported our seniors and invested in making college accessible. The materials purchased with the funding will serve as giveaway prizes at our county-wide event. These giveaways (tablet, mini fridge, etc.) will help to spark excitement and motivation about post-secondary education.
