Aspen Ridge is a school full of diverse learners who come from various backgrounds. Some of my students have experienced trauma in their lives and I am looking to create a safe space at school for these students who need some extra comfort and support while I continue to help their academic careers grow and blossom. The goal for this room is to make it a space that all students can utilize and feel safe in, not just the students in my classroom. Your donation will help students start to understand their emotions and get the support they need in a familiar environment before continuing out into the world where we want them to be successful adults.
