Every year, the average teacher spends over a thousand dollars in their classroom trying to get things just right for their new group of kids. These materials will make a huge difference in my students' learning because it will allow them to have quicker access to their writing folders and writing utensils. All of that will decrease wasted instructional time and bring a sense of urgency to our instructional time. The world is slowly becoming focused on technology and my class needs a computer that is able to keep up with the changing times. Currently, I am using a Dell Desktop that has limited abilities, so my students are missing out on educational games that will benefit their education. This laptop will be used to enhance both individual and small group instruction.
