Students want to get to creating as fast as possible. Teachers want to preserve as much material as possible. Cutters provide this service to both groups by cutting larger materials down to manageable pieces quickly, accurately, and with less waste. This new cutter will preserve the limited amount of time and materials for my students. Larger rolls of construction paper is cheaper than pre-cut paper and may be cut into custom sizes such as body silhouettes. The best way for students to learn about conservation is through actual practice. Students will learn about waste and how to reduce it all while using a new tool.
