Students who are absent from school miss out on so much learning. We want to have the necessary items to keep our classroom as clean as possible to prevent any student absences. Plenty of tissues, hand sanitizer, and Lysol wipes would help make this possible. The winter months are long and full of germs. It is extremely common for a pre-k student to catch a bug and unintentionally spread it to their friends. Our students are young and their immune systems reflect that. They are still learning self-help skills and how to take care of their own health needs. Pre-k students in particular really thrive with a consistent routine so being able to attend school everyday is extremely important. The supplies that we are requesting will help prevent illness and will help keep our students in school.
