My students are a daily source of amazement to me- they are gifted, smart and ambitious young people always striving to improve themselves and stretch their abilities in new and challenging ways. We work on challenging choral music of all the various eras, from Bach to Handel to Broadway to Whitacre and many stops in between! The student section leaders are constantly working to help the younger, newer students learn the basics of music reading and ear training. Many times the class will begin with students running warm ups while I take attendance or set something up in the room. The officers handle lots of the paperwork and the constant maintenance of our music Library and its contents.I love my HS Chorus students!
