We live in an era where the technology has become an important component for our students in education today. I strongly believe that providing the necessary tools at an early age, will expand their limited learning opportunities and gain the knowledge they need to meet the expected standards. The Chromebooks will allow my student to access the educational websites that reinforce the skills and enable higher level learning. The Chromebooks will be served as an important tool that will create an authentic learning experiences and build successful learning community in the class. My students will be able to work in centers with the Chromebooks to access reading and math activities such as Prodigy, ReadWorks, CommonLit, Raz Kids, Tenmarks, and Mystery Science. They will be able to go online and do researches and publish their final products in Google Classroom to share with their classmates. In addition, the technology will provide an opportunity for the students to become independent and collaborative learners to showcase their projects to display their understanding of the concepts learned in class. I would love to have my students to have daily access to the Chromebooks, making sure they are college and career ready.
