Using a technological device and applications available in the field of Physical Education plays an important role and made great impacts in teaching, that is why with the tablet, there are apps for physical education available, that I can use for my activities. There are apps that I can download for the assessments of students skills. With the aid of the tablet, I can easily track/monitor their progress. I can also show them videos the correct way of doing certain skills, especially that students are more attentive when device or technology is used as aid in instruction. Students nowadays are easily glued when a device is used in instruction. I can use it also for physical fitness activities and research for health lessons.
