The students will use the iPad to supplement their vocational training on a daily basis. The TimeStation application will be installed on the iPad so it can be used to clock in at the beginning of the day and clock out before they leave. The iPad will also be utilized as a reinforcement system for students who choose to utilize the device as an A, B, or C reinforcer. The use of the TimeStation application will help the students understand the responsibility they have as employees in a competitive work setting to manage and track their time. The use of the iPad as a reinforcer will help students earn a reward based on their vocational growth, proficiency, and sustainability. This reward system will act as a paycheck for the students.
