My students are some the most eager learners I know! Aside from being great academically, I stress the importance of being great citizens! Being from the Arkansas Delta Region, my students have grit and all the traits a 4th grader should encompass; however they don't always get the opportunity to show their greatness. We are in search of incentives to help encourage students and reward heir hard work. Incentives such as cool mechanical pencils, sour patch kids, gummy bears, etc. These incentives will be given once students master a certain cluster of multiplication facts. Students should be rewarded for their hard work, especially when there is a goal and they achieve that goal.
